Last week is hectic and I didn't get by here....just wanna say, WAY TO GO, GIRLIE!!!! :)
Good job! I agree...these are LIFE style...LIFE long changes....not just a diet so we can fit into something for the short term. I have lost 30 something since July with "wogging" and eating changes that will stay with me. I am different now. Yay for us!!
