I need a KICK!

In the butt!!!!!!!

I'm in a slump. I know that every single day I can't be absolutely THRILLED that I'm working out, etc., but I want the excitement I first felt a month ago!

Any suggestions?

Oh gosh, Kim! It is so hard to keep up that level of excitement. Maybe focus on the blessings of working out and the rewards of sticking to your plan. Look for the little things to cheer about and remember to thank God for those! Try to spend time each day just thanking God for things that are directly related to this program...like being able to work out just a little bit longer, being able to stretch further then you could a month ago, feeling your pants rub because there is now some extra fabric, learning the words to new praise songs because you were working out....etc. Maybe that will help the 'tude. :) Good luck, sweetie!!!
